VACANCIES

ASSISTANT PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

   Education:

  • Building Construction related diploma / certificate or above

​​

   Experience:

  • 1 year of relevant working experience in construction field

  

   Skills:

  • Good communication & presentation skills

  • Good command of PC knowledge (Auto-CAD is preferred)

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR

 Education:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications

 Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' of experience in A&A / fitting out projects

  • Less experience will be considered as AQS

 

 Skills:

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills and problem solving skills

  • Good PC knowledge

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

 Education:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications

 Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years' of experience in A&A / fitting out projects

 

 Skills:

  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills and problem solving skills

  • Good PC knowledge

  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English

  • RICS / HKIS is preferred but not essential

PROJECT MANAGER /
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

  Education:

  • Building construction related degree / higher diploma or above

   Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction / A&A projects

  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager

  • Not less than 2 years solid experience in construction project management

​    Skills:

  • Good communication & presentation skills

  • Good command of PC knowledge; Auto-CAD is a must

  • Proficient English and Chinese

Building Services Coordinator

  Education:

  • Building Services related diploma / certificate or above

​​

   Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferable in fit-out projects​

 

​    Skills:

  • Good communication & presentation skills

  • Good command of PC knowledge (Auto-CAD is a must)

  • Proficient in English and Chinese

Senior Project Coordinator

  Education:

  • Building Construction related diploma / certificate or above

   Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction field​

  • Good command of PC knowledge (Auto-CAD is preferred)
